The following are therefore some of the treatment modalities that will work for you:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Therapeutic recreational activities, of which include equine therapy, expressive arts, a ropes course, a rock wall, and psychodrama<\/li>\n<li>Medication management services<\/li>\n<li>Individual therapy with a Masters level clinician and\/or licensed psychologist<\/li>\n<li>Group therapy that covers topics such as anger management, healing anxiety, relapse prevention, resilience training, working through grief and loss, and psycho-educational lectures to name a few<\/li>\n<li>Additional therapeutic services, such as personal training sessions, psychological testing, biofeedback, acupuncture, mindfulness meditation, and massage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Patients in this program also participate in 12-step meetings, peer group activities, and can learn about SMART recovery.
